You work all the muscle groups via her unique blend of HIT and Pilates-type methods. She customizes her music to each class. I always leave feeling great. Catherine is a knowledgable and attentive instructor, keeping a quick class pace but always sharing modifications. She has such a warm and welcoming energy, no wonder the TDM community is so amazing. Each class is the perfect combo of cardio, strengthening exercises, fascia-release - and very carefully curated playlists :). I feel re-energized but also deeply relaxed after each class. Catherine cultivates a warm and inviting community of people and a judgment-free zone. Her focus is less on how her class makes you look and more about how it makes you FEEL. I always leave class feeling like I just got a massage - relaxed and zen. As an added bonus, my body feels stronger. The class is a little unpredictable (in the best way) - some days there is a heavier focus on pilates movements, and other days more cardio, but generally there is a good mix of many different workout styles which I really enjoy. I LOVE this class!!!!!
