Made many friends here, and all while getting better muscle definition, size, and healthier. Oh and don’t forget about theOr free endorphins program that you get after every visit!! Hits you right in the ‘feels’ and makes it worthy to mention. Now the hardest part of any gym is learning to walk through the front door! Come check it out, you won’t be sorry!

The entire community is so friendly, welcoming, and supportive. I've been here just about 2 months, coming over from a different gym (Crossfit) and I have LOVED every moment. The workouts are intense, but fun and varied. Such a fantastic energy throughout. It's been a remarkable evolution from the small space it used to be to it's current glorious state, and the Bruce's are constantly improving and expanding the gym's facilities. And of course the trainers are all great people as well, a perfect gym for any level of athletic ability.
