Instead of the monotony of a standard gym, this studio provides a blend of fitness, art, and community that is unmatched. The diverse range of services, from aerial silks to pole dancing and yoga, ensures that you can find a form of movement that you genuinely enjoy, making it easier to stay committed to your fitness goals. The professional and clean facility, along with a great atmosphere and the impeccable customer service from the owner, creates an inviting and positive environment.
However, it is important for potential customers to be aware of the feedback from a disappointed customer regarding a class cancellation and lack of communication. While one review praises the customer service and overall professionalism, another highlights a negative experience with communication and refunds. This mixed feedback suggests that while the studio provides a great atmosphere and is highly professional for some, there may be occasional issues with administrative processes. June 19 · RIKKI MCKINNEYI am disappointed in this service. I recently wanted to take an aerial silks class. I paid $22 for the class and it was immediately cancelled after I purchased the session. I called the studio multiple times and they never answered. I also left voicemails and never received a call back. One day this business randomly texted me that after I did a follow up call and they claimed that they were busy. They asked me what was the concern and once I explained the issue, they still continued not to respond. I have still yet to be compensated and I am utterly disappointed. This studio was close enough and affordable for me to become a consistent customer, yet they failed me time and time again.
November 25 · Abria HendleyWent for a student showcase show and had an absolute blast. The staff was super sweet and my partner signed up for classes. They have a lot of different apparatus options and a sweet new student deal for classes (3 for $30). Super stoked to have found this place.
March 23 · Samuel KrausmanI've been coming to The Artists' Asylum for years! The instructors are absolutely wonderful and the community is even better. Whether you're a seasoned performer or you're dipping your toe in for your first ever aerial class, you'll find encouragement and open arms here.
February 01 · Julia Field-GreenI LOVE this place! This is a safe and welcoming environment for those who do aerial sports. The instructors are passionate and enthusiastic about their sport. And the awesome thing is that owner is a professional videographer so you can get videos and photos of your routine. Everyone there is so willing to help each other too. I am so glad that I found this aerial studio.
