Supersets Gym offers a focused set of services that cater primarily to those interested in strength training and personal fitness guidance. The gym’s name itself suggests a concentration on efficient and intense training methods, though its services are broader than that. While the provided information is concise, it highlights the core of the gym's offerings. The services are designed to provide a comprehensive experience for members who are looking for a more hands-on approach to their fitness. The primary services available are centered on personal development and physical training. Here is a look at the services that members can utilize:
- Personal Training: The gym offers one-on-one personal training, providing customized guidance to help members achieve their specific fitness goals. This is a key service for those who need expert support and a tailored plan.
- Supplements/Vitamins: Supersets Gym is a one-stop-shop for health and fitness needs, also offering a selection of supplements and vitamins to support members' nutrition and recovery. This convenience is a major benefit.
- Weights Exercise: The facility is well-equipped for weight training, which includes a variety of weights and machines. As noted in a review, this selection is a key part of the gym's appeal.
The straightforward nature of these services is a highlight for those who prefer a dedicated space for strength and conditioning without the added complexity of numerous classes or amenities. The focus on personal training and a solid weight room provides the essential tools for a highly effective workout. One of the primary highlights, as noted in a review, is the friendly and nice staff, who create a welcoming and supportive atmosphere. This personal touch is a significant factor in a positive gym experience. However, it's important to acknowledge the serious concerns raised in another review regarding billing issues. The complaint about being charged after cancellation is a major red flag and something that prospective members should be aware of and inquire about. While this issue is not reflective of the physical facilities, it is a crucial part of the business's overall operation. Another point raised in a review is the occasional overcrowding and broken equipment, such as Stairmaster machines. While this is a minor complaint, it is worth noting. The gym's positive attributes, such as a great staff and a good selection of equipment, are balanced by the need for improvement in other areas.
For those interested in visiting or learning more about Supersets Gym, here is the essential contact information. Given the serious billing issues mentioned in a review, it would be wise to visit in person and get all membership terms in writing, or to call ahead to discuss any concerns you may have. What is worth choosing about Supersets Gym is its focused, no-frills approach to fitness and its friendly, supportive staff. For the member who enjoys strength training and a direct path to their goals, this gym provides the necessary equipment and expertise. The positive reviews highlight a good training environment with a friendly atmosphere, which is a huge plus. The convenience of on-site supplements and the option for outdoor services adds to its appeal. However, the serious billing complaint cannot be ignored. While one member had a great experience with the gym itself, another had a terrible experience with the business side of things, specifically regarding unauthorized charges after cancellation. This suggests that while the gym's training environment is highly valued, the administrative processes may need improvement. For a prospective member in Allentown, the decision comes down to weighing the positive aspects—a friendly atmosphere, solid equipment, and a focus on personal training—against the significant concerns regarding billing and membership management. Ultimately, for those who are diligent and careful with their membership agreement, Supersets Gym can be a rewarding local gym experience. Its a place for those who are serious about their workout and appreciate a friendly, welcoming environment, but it requires careful attention to the membership terms to avoid any potential complications.

★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Been coming here for a few years, really good gym and love coming back, employees are always very friendly and nice.My only semi-complaint, I wish there were some more Stairmaster machines, both machine are constantly taken when I am there (I come in the afternoons) and now 1 of 2 machines is broken. There is other equipment at that gym I see rarely used, so totally get there is limited space.
March 31 · Morgan AdamsSTAY AWAY.I’m going to mimic previous reviews, and whatever the staff replies to this is just filler as they have with previous complaints you’ve seen in this review thread.I’ve been a confirmed canceled/inactive member for WELL over a year now, and when I was active I paid every bill on time (auto each month from my bank account).I canceled in person, then called to confirm in person later on since I was still getting charged thereafter. The rep on the phone who took my call “canceled” my membership once again.I’ve been getting charged going on almost 2 years now for a gym I’ve been a canceled and inactive member of (I’ve went in person to cancel and confirmed over the phone later on) and I’m STILL being charged to this day. I canceled this membership a long time ago when I could no longer commit. I don’t remember who was there at the time, but I came in at a time before closing hours and that rep confirmed to my face of my cancellation status. Then, as I said, confirmed via phone call of my account status sometime in 2024.I called today after seeing YET ANOTHER transaction posted to my account, and the rep once again confirmed my account has been inactive. Couldn’t tell me when it was deemed inactive or provide information of the name of the rep who completed my in-person cancelation. The reps in person and both times on the phone confirmed my cancelation status each time, yet I’m still being charged and was told “I don’t know what to say” when prompted about the possibility of future transactions. This is perhaps the most dysfunctional private business in the area and I will pursue further action.
April 30 · Tony AwadThe worse ownership I've seen from a private gym.The mirrors are cracked. The equipment is soaked with sweat. The annual fees are not talked about. Every month the bill is a different amount. It's absolutely unacceptable for the quality of gym to be charged 70-80 a month when it's advertised as 39 a month. You have to put $100 down to start. That isn't displayed anywhere . No water fountain except tap water from a sink. Will not recommend. Will not go back.
August 05 · Andrew AlbaneseMy first day being here, John took great care of me and kept the gym tidy and well established while also being very interactive with the environment.
March 21 · xenko -Disgusting and Overpriced—Stay Away!I am incredibly disappointed with this gym. First off, it’s ridiculously overpriced for what you get. You’d expect a premium experience for the amount they charge, but instead, you’re greeted with filth and neglect. The equipment is ancient and barely functional, with many machines looking like they haven’t been cleaned in years. The entire facility is dirty—from the bathrooms to the workout areas. It’s clear that management has no interest in maintaining the place or providing a clean environment for members. Save your money and avoid this place at all costs. You’re better off working out at home.
