Always love our workout sessions with Justin!! My son and I see him once a week where we typically complete three well balanced and challenging strength training circuits. Justin, or “J-fit” as we call him, is great at keeping a good pace going ensuring we maximize the hour with the right amount of work-rest.Tunes are always on point and his equipment selection is top notch. According to my iWatch I’m usually burning around 500 calories. I’ve never left not feeling spent and have noticeably increased my overall strength the past several months, which given I’m in my 40’s has been awesome. Our son loves the workouts as well and J-fit tailors things for his age and ability.Highly recommend Justin if you’re ready to put in the work and challenge yourself! Bring a workout buddy, it makes it even more fun!
