The studio’s mission is to provide multiple modalities of mindful movement and meditation, allowing each person to find the practice that resonates most with them. The instructors are highly skilled and teach a variety of classes, each with its own unique focus. The class offerings include:
- Vinyasa/Flow: A traditional, dynamic class that links movement with breath, designed to build heat, strength, and flexibility. These classes are often set to curated music to enhance the experience.
- Restorative Yoga: Gentle, slow-paced classes that use props to support the body in various poses, promoting deep relaxation and stress reduction.
- Sculpt & Tone: A high-energy, shorter-duration class that uses bodyweight exercises and occasional resistance bands to get your heart pumping and build muscle. It's a great express class or an add-on to a longer session.
- Sound Healing: A movement-free class that uses instruments like singing bowls, drums, and gongs to create a "vibrational meditation," promoting deep relaxation and well-being.
- Gender-Specific Classes: These classes offer a safe space for individuals who feel more comfortable practicing in a female-only or male-only environment.
- Private Classes: The studio offers private sessions for individuals or groups, such as bachelorette parties, to create a customized experience that perfectly suits the group's needs and atmosphere.
- Recovery Yoga: Special programs and classes that are trauma-informed and specifically designed to support individuals on their recovery and mental health journeys.
The variety and thoughtfulness of these services ensure that everyone can find a practice that helps them feel better, both physically and mentally. The instructors teach from a place of personal experience and compassion, creating a truly impactful and authentic experience for all students.

April 27 · Lauren KollaufThis yoga studio has changed my life. I got into yoga through the owner, Jacob Daffner, and I have been coming for months. I have attended every type of class this studio offers (except for women's empowerment for obvious reasons lol) and I love it! All the instructors are very knowledgeable, compassionate people. I have learned so much from all of them. I can honestly say because of this place I'm a far better person than I once was. I always leave feeling mentally, physically and spiritually better. If you haven't been, do yourself a favor and check them out!
March 20 · Tyler LawhornI’m a big fan of recovery-oriented activities and I’m a big fan of yoga. It’s amazing how Jacob and Alexandra have combined recovery and yoga. I love mindful stretching and I love breath work. You will find all of the aforementioned here. Super kind and super supportive people who take their personal programs very seriously.I was welcomed, treated well, shown kindness and compassion and respect, and had a really great time getting physical.Thank you guys so much for this amazing contribution to the Arizona Recovery Community.
March 18 · Christian BiedrzyckiAlexandra was kind enough to arrange a mobile group class in our vacation rental. She was easy to communicate with, she arrived on time with high quality equipment, great energy and a smile. She created a safe and warm environment. Alexandra listened to our requests for the class type and pace, provided a high quality class that was approachable for all levels, allowed for the more advanced to challenge themselves and was very thoughtful in the flows she chose. She also performed a sound bowl session to complete the session to allow for a release and relaxation. I would highly recommend her and without visiting the studio during my last visit, I can honestly say with out hesitation I would recommend SF Co-op to anyone looking for a studio or in home yoga class.
February 11 · MegMy husband and are so grateful we found Spirituality Fit. The owners and teachers are superb and the prices are beyond reasonable. Today was even more so, because the community class with Josh was free! Josh was knowledgable, caring and open. He was intuitive when suggesting modifications, so everyone gets exactly what they need. Spiritually is our new yoga home. Namaste.
