The 20 minutes of spin gets my heart rate up and clears my head, then the strength portion is just the right amount of work. You know your body, you know your limits, and there’s no pressure to push beyond what feels right. That’s been huge for me, especially after having shoulder surgery about eight months ago.I’m not really a yoga person, and most mornings I’m tight on time, so I usually duck out before the yoga portion. But I like that it’s there if I ever need a good stretch or a slower pace.Overall, it’s a solid mix of cardio and strength in just an hour, and I leave feeling better every time. Highly recommend it.
