Ryan and his team welcomed me with open arms and gave me the confidence and motivation to reach my goals.
August 14 · Vanessa FedericiSKT is so much more than a gym. It is family. Words can’t express how much I appreciate the owners and the trainers at this gym. It has been life changing for me. Traditional gyms did not work for me. I even had weights at my house and never worked out consistently. When you work out at SKT you have a whole support system to both motivate you and challenge you. I have met life long friends at this gym. The work outs are challenging and different each day. They help you with nutrition. They even helped me to modify and adjust my work outs after I had a major knee injury. Rather than just sit back and feel sorry for myself they helped me push through and still reach my goals. 5 stars are not enough when referring to this gym. It has change my life for the better in more ways than I could have imagined!

The trainers are top notch, the workouts are challenging, and the clientele is fantastic. Now, I drag my own *** there every morning and can't wait to see what challenge lies ahead. You would not be disappointed if you joined the SKT fit family 💯.

The workout formats always vary so you don’t get bored plus they are a great combination of cardio and weights. There isn’t one exercise that can’t be modified so you can always get a good workout based on your ability. The members and staff are so nice and it’s truly a no judgement zone!!!
