Private lessons: For those who prefer a more personalized approach, private lessons offer one-on-one attention from an experienced instructor. This is an excellent option for beginners looking to build a strong foundation, for individuals with specific health concerns, or for anyone who wants to deepen their practice at their own pace.
Crystal healing: This service harnesses the unique vibrational energy of crystals to promote physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. Sessions are designed to balance your energy centers and foster a deep sense of calm and clarity.
Kundalini Yoga: Often called the "yoga of awareness," Kundalini Yoga combines physical postures, dynamic breathing techniques, chanting, and meditation to awaken your inner potential and connect you with your higher consciousness. It's a powerful practice for those seeking profound transformation.
Reiki: A gentle, hands-on healing technique that channels universal life force energy to promote relaxation, reduce stress, and encourage the body's natural healing process. Reiki sessions can leave you feeling balanced, restored, and energized.
Restorative yoga: Perfect for unwinding and de-stressing, Restorative yoga uses props like bolsters, blankets, and blocks to support the body in gentle, passive stretches. Poses are held for longer durations, allowing for deep relaxation and release of tension.
Vinyasa Yoga: This dynamic and fluid style of yoga links breath with movement, creating a continuous flow of postures. Vinyasa classes are excellent for building strength, increasing flexibility, and improving cardiovascular health in a fun and engaging way.
Yin Yoga: A slow-paced style of yoga with poses that are held for longer periods, typically three to five minutes or more. Yin Yoga targets the deep connective tissues and fascia, promoting increased flexibility and a meditative state of mind.
The studio is designed with your comfort and convenience in mind. The space itself is described as bright, light, and magical, providing a welcoming atmosphere for all who enter. The amenities are thoughtfully provided to ensure a pleasant and stress-free experience from start to finish.

SSYN is a special place to take a yoga class, meditation break and support local. 😊Full disclosure, I teach yoga at SSYN but I was a student there before a teacher and continue to enjoy the classes and workshop offerings.
July 21 · Pamela TerlizziI want to thank South Street Yoga and Nutrition for your donation to Diana Ministries LLC. I am a volunteer and host workshops at different locations. South Street Yoga and Nutrition has donated for the past three years gift cards to Diana Ministries for the shelter, Homeless Solutions, and treatment center Mrs. Wilson's Treatment Center in Morristown. We are so thankful for your care and donation. Your generosity puts a smile on our faces and hearts. The participants were super excited and thrilled to come to do yoga a way of relaxation as they continued on their journey. Thank you a million times over and Happy Holidays.

January 06 · Sarah KargerSouth Street Yoga is more than just a yoga studio! It’s a community and family all in one place. It has a wonderful owner called Debbie and every yoga instructor is unique. There is a class that suits all. I signed up to a year membership after my first class! Recommend to all new or experienced with yoga.
January 02 · Kaitlin GreenSouth Street Yoga is excellent, the instructors are all very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Each one brings their own character inside the studio which makes each class unique. The other yogis are friendly, down to earth and easy to talk to. As a beginner new to yoga I always felt comfortable learning at my own pace and not feeling rushed into positions. I appreciate the opportunity to be a student at SSY and look forward to more classes with their dedicated and friendly staff.
