It’s a whopping $109/month with unlimited access including personal trainers. Parking is located on the rear of the bldg. As a first time gym visitor, I was very impressed.Overall, I enjoyed using SPF gym. I walked in strong, I walked out a hero. I highly recommend you give this gym a visit.

They have a very good selection of machines and open areas. I have a huge crush on Kelly. It also has a diverse mix of different kinds of people that go there, too. The staff is friendly and always willing to help out. My favorite gym out of the 3-4 that I've used during my years here in LA!
August 25 · K TI found South Pas Fitness while looking for local gyms online. I was drawn to how nice the facility looked and the amount of equipment available. I started going to this gym a few months ago being completely new to a gym environment. To be honest, I wasn’t very confident in going since I wasn’t sure what to do or how to even use equipment. I was paired with Stevie for a welcome work out and I decided to keep working with her. She takes her time in getting to know what your personal goals are. She adapts work outs to go at your pace. She is super easy to work with. She has shown me so much in our sessions together these last months. Now, I feel better about myself and taking charge of my health/fitness. I am super impressed with her and thankful for helping me build confidence. No matter what your level is, if you’re looking to further your work outs I highly recommend Stevie!!

I have NEVER been a morning class person in my life, yet I drag myself to his 8:30am class three times a week without fail. He’s a pushy coach (in the best way) — pushing you from a place of love, and you can tell he genuinely cares about every single person who walks through the door. Do yourself a favor and go… but don’t take my spot.
September 12 · Lynette BrionesI’ve always been active in sports and hiking but never belonged to a gym before. I’ve really enjoyed SPF in the 6 months since I joined. There is a wide array of machines and free weights that are almost always available.Perhaps the best part has been the trainer Jack paired me with. Stevie is great. She is well educated and experienced. She is always ready with a prepared workout plan tailored to my needs. My fitness has noticeably improved since joining SPF -and Stevie is an important part of that. Her workouts are balanced , well planned, challenging and interesting(!). I actually look forward to working out- which I never unexpected. Thanks, Stevie!My only suggestion for SPF is to somehow make it easier to reserve time in the women’s sauna. Still haven’t managed to get a reservation, yet.
