Gym has a wonderful culture. Top grade equipment. Everyone trains together with the purpose of getting stronger. Josh is well connected with strongman events in the MD area and will help get you started on your strong man journey.Gym is perfect for those in organized sports. Since Dec. 2021, workouts here have made my arm stronger and bat speed faster on the baseball field and my ranges on the golf course have increased another 30yds.
