Classes are a good workout, definitely leave feeling like I’ve worked. The instructors are great with cues, modifications, and motivation. 3 stars due to a lack of availability of morning classes. It’s almost impossible to get a class before 10am, and don’t even think about 5,6,7, or 8am.. Changed to 1 star due to being charged $225 after canceling.
