[solidcore] Madison Yards Introduce
Introduction / Overview
For residents of Georgia seeking a focused, challenging, and unique approach to fitness, the Madison Yards location offers a distinctive experience right in the heart of Atlanta’s dynamic intown community. Categorized as a Pilates studio, Fitness center, Gym, and a provider of Physical fitness programs, is well-known for its specialized, high-intensity, low-impact full-body workout. While often grouped with Pilates due to its use of a reformer-style machine, the methodology is a dedicated form of resistance training designed to push muscles to the point of failure for maximum strength and endurance gains.
This facility, situated within the bustling Madison Yards development, provides a streamlined fitness environment focused on 50-minute group classes. The workout takes place in a dimly lit studio with music, an intentional choice aimed at minimizing external distractions and enhancing the focus on the internal muscular effort. The core concept revolves around slow and controlled movements performed on a custom-built, proprietary machine, which utilizes weighted springs and resistance to target slow-twitch muscle fibers. The goal is a highly effective, full-body strength-training session led by motivating instructors who provide real-time cues and adjustments to ensure proper form and maximize the efficacy of every movement. For individuals in the greater Atlanta area committed to building muscular strength and definition through a unique resistance model, Madison Yards presents a compelling option.

★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Classes are a good workout, definitely leave feeling like I’ve worked. The instructors are great with cues, modifications, and motivation. 3 stars due to a lack of availability of morning classes. It’s almost impossible to get a class before 10am, and don’t even think about 5,6,7, or 8am.. Changed to 1 star due to being charged $225 after canceling. Poor communication, no response to my cancellation emails and then boom- $225 pulled out of my account
May 15 · Kia PresleyI signed up for the New client 4 pack because I wanted to try it out before I got the membership. By the 2nd visit I decided to get a membership. I booked my 4th class this past Wednesday. It was a thunderstorm and my lights went out. I couldn’t get out of the gate at my townhouse. I called Solidcore to let them know because I wanted to reschedule my class for another day this week. I was told that because I got the 4 pack for such a good deal and that it would be a loss of revenue for the company to get a cancellation exemption for my last class in the 4 pack. They told me because of policy that they are really strict with the new client 4 pack. I asked to speak to a manager and I was told “Oh the manager is going to say the same thing”. I said that’s fine because I just still wanted to express my issue. The rep that I spoke with stated that he would have the manager call me back. About 8 minutes later the same rep called me back and stated that manager stated that there was nothing that they could do because I got such a good deal and it would be a loss of revenue to the company. I am a business owner myself. In no way shape or form would I have said that to a customer. The conversation was so unprofessional. I’m not saying the customer is always right but I literally could not exit my gate because of this storm and I tried because I would rather be somewhere that has lights to be somewhere that didn’t. It really turned me off and I have decided not to go ahead with my committed membership because the customer service was terrible and demeaning. I hope that the rep gets a proper coaching call and understands it’s just some things that shouldn’t be said to a customer on the phone. I really wanted this to work out but I practice and do great customer service. I cannot see myself patronizing a company that doesn’t,
August 22 · Danielle SandersHave loved it so far! Started in November as a way to get back in shape after having babies. Feeling stronger already. I really appreciate the late classes at 8:45pm. No other place really offers good workout classes at that post kid bedtime slot! I appreciate it!!
April 15 · Leah MoriartyI’ve been coming to this [solidcore] location faithfully, about 4x a week for about 3 years now and I can confidently say this is by far the BEST full-body workout. There is a misconception that this is just “pilates,” but [sc] is a hardcore high-intensity workout that is also low-impact. I love that is low impact because my joints have never had any issues and I’ve been building increasing muscle endurance. I pair this with running and I think it’s the chef’s kiss of fitness! It is also a huge plus that the coaches are phenomenally fun and attentive. So… if it wasn’t evident… I love the blue lights 💙
April 14 · Victoria BLoved my experience so far! All of the coaches are the sweetest and genuinely want to help you be successful in each class and get the most out of it. Great location as well!
