My trainer, Ally Melnick, was so knowledgeable bout the human mechanics and knew how far to push me who has never been in a functional training environment. She is thoughtful with her clients’ progression as she encourages us to keep an online journal (provided by Ally via Google doc) of our workouts.Overall, great team and I’m really grateful to be introduced into the functional training environment through SOBO. Will return to the gym in a heart beat as soon as I have a more stable schedule!!

He doesn't make you feel foolish and he ensures that you're doing what's best for you. He's not afraid to push you because he keeps track of your work and uses that data to determine what you can do, even when you think you can't.
