You also have the option of doing a traditional membership to come and go as you please. Your workouts can be fast paced if that is what you are looking for; never standing around waiting for equipment; just all around great gym with easy access and provides a focused environment.
March 30 · M BIt cannot be stated enough how convenient the Training On Demand is at Shift. Show up on your own timeline and receive a personalized work out. Shift provides an excellent work out experience while avoiding social media heavy instructors and classes that are so common these days.

I have been training at the gym for a few months now in their new space in the Riviera, and have thoroughly enjoyed doing so. They are on the cutting edge of holistic, functional training, and it's a great space with a great community of clients and trainers. Ryan and Brandon, the co-owners, are good people with a passion for fitness, and they do a fantastic job connecting, mentoring, and working with athletes of all ages. If you're looking for a gym with a welcoming, personal touch that is also serious about results and is constantly improving in their new space, SHIFT is an excellent choice.
