You'll work your muscles from head to toe (including those I had no idea I had), and you'll leave feeling powerful and invigorated. I am starting to see some amazing changes in my body and have decided to take classes twice a week.Shoutout to one of my FAVE, Dina. I take her classes every Wednesday and she has the best music, vibe and makes me literally "Sweat, Shake and Burn" (SeaFit's motto).
