There are some introductory stuff you need to know. I have done some TKD and self-defense before and I should've got there 10 minutes sooner. They were great though and super helpful. Everyone was so encouraging and I'm definitely coming back.

August 21 · jazymne smithIf you have never boxed before and are toying around with the idea of trying it out come to Schott's! I have been about 5 times so far and I am hooked. It is not intimidating to walk in and sign up because everyone is so welcoming. Your first session will be hands on with a coach walking you through what to do at each session. The patrons at the gym are all very nice and helpful too! Just show up with hand-wraps, or buy them there, and they will let you borrow a pair of their gloves if you don't have your own. It is a killer workout so get ready to sweat and be hooked too!
