★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1The Row House is a great place to start your day and with Ted as your leader you can’t go wrong! This was my first class. Ted set the bar very high for other instructors. He takes great care in explaining what to do and it is obvious he puts a lot of thought into the music selection to keep the pace going! Thank you!!
July 19 · Sasha FI'm 73...Row House is spectacular. The staff is extraordinarily helpful and encouraging. The atmosphere during the exercise is wonderfully driving. I feel better than I have in a long time with no next day issues in my joints. This is the first exercise beside swimming I find enjoyable, easy, and that makes me want to come back.I recently took a class with Ted H. He is motivating and kind. I especially liked that he will check on each attendee to offer pointers to improve form in order to maximize performance and prevent strain. The time in class flew by. Lots of fun.
July 18 · Michele DianeI love Row House. It’s a low impact high intensity workout that helps relieve me of stress. Running used to do that to me but after two sprains and one fracture in my right ankle, I need a good low impact workout. Row House is perfect. My first class was with Jake, who helped to teach me the basics.Other classes have been with Ted who is patient and has a great taste in music. Each instructor is knowledgeable and has their unique taste in music. Finally, I had my first class with Peter this evening. Evidently Row House celebrates milestones! I rowed 50k TONIGHT. Another woman rowed TWO MILLION. Such a supportive community! :)
