Subtle changes can make a huge difference and her precious feedback has allowed me to see results like never before.Her personal training is also versatile. I had a rib injury and a surgery last winter and she was able to properly adapt our workouts. Not only did I maintain my gains, I also continued making progress despite my limitations.I've had 2 good trainers in the past, but it's with Zoe that I've seen the best results while also enjoying and looking forward to every session.
July 30 · V VI have trained with Zoe at RITUAL and it has been life changing/ transformative. Zoe is an incredible trainer and the space is gorgeous. My body has transformed and the way I understand fitness has evolved completely. I saw Zoe before, during, and after my first pregnancy and she moved through all of those (very different) phases seamlessly and motivated and supported my fitness goals and evolving body throughout. Zoe also trains a few other people I know and she tailors the trainings to everyone differently based on their needs. I truly could not recommend Zoe and RITUAL fitness more highly.Also I always had an easy time parking and could go get coffee or lunch after on York Street! A++ spot.
July 28 · Marjorie CrowleyCannot recommend Ritual Fitness enough! I’ve been going twice a week for personal training over the last seven months and my body has transformed. My workouts are never the same and Zoe’s adjustments make it impossible not to work exactly the muscles you’re supposed to be working which for me made all the difference.I came to Zoe postpartum and she truly understood the balance between pushing my limits and respecting where I was at (always with encouragement and zero shame). Now, I actually look forward to our workouts and seek out other ways to be active/healthy in between sessions. Thanks in part to my workouts with Zoe the switch to caring about my body/mind/spirit’s been switched back on. If you’re considering personal training and you’re lucky enough to get a spot, jump in.
July 26 · Kelsey LedginI recently took the HIIT-style class Rush with Zoe at Ritual Fitness in Highland Park, and it was an intense and rewarding challenge. Zoe delivered the ideal balance of cardio to get me sweating, paired with strength work that was both demanding and effective. Her high energy and the vibrant atmosphere of the early morning class made for a fantastic start to the day. Highly recommend if you’re ready to push yourself.
May 13 · ChrisNatasha is an amazing trainer. I feel so lucky to have worked with her. I am an artist / musician who has never felt comfortable or confident in my body or in a gym. I also have injuries that have made it difficult for me to gain any traction without pain. Over the last several months, all of that has changed because of my 2x per week personal training with Natasha. I finally am starting to feel good about my body, and physical activities don’t cause me days of pain and tension. It feels like a gift and a game changer and I would recommend Natasha to anyone looking for the perfect combo of intensity, guidance, and encouragement.
