As a veteran who is not new to exercise, I can say this may have been the best workout of my life. It was a full body workout, it was challenging, and it sent my endorphins through the roof. I can’t wait to return to Rise for another Fight Fit class. Kudos to Kevin for proving a kick-butt workout.

And stayed with my friend who trains with Ben regularly, I had 3 personal training sessions with him, and used the gym around 3 times with a group of extremely motivated individuals and ended up doing a group workout! This gym is great! It’s a great community, extremely encouraging and above all feels like home! Which is something we are all looking for! Good luck guys! Can’t wait to be back :)

February 14 · Sandra PintoFavorite gym I've ever consistently visited. Feels like a neighborhood gym which I prefer over 'big-box' type, and somehow it's never too crowded. Big weight room, lots of free weights and machines, 2 power racks. Another big room has cardio machines, punching bags, and cross fit type equipment. Haven't tried a class yet but there's always lots of people taking them. I signed up for their 3 month summer promo and then extended because I have no complaints!
