I was needing something low impact due to knee pain and finally found a great workout I can stick with that won’t make my knees swell! All the instructors are very helpful and will walk you through each move. They give modifications and progressions for every move which helps when something might be too hard or when I’m needing more of a challenge. The app is so easy to sign up for classes and I love the flexibility of being able to go to any class. I now go everyday and don’t plan on stopping anytime soon. Would definitely recommend to anyone who is thinking about Pilates!

The instructors are top-tier professionals—knowledgeable, motivating, and genuinely invested in every guest's journey, no matter your experience level. July 07 · Al HerediaI LOVE Reformed Pilates! I've been a member for almost 2 months now and I love it more each time I go. Previously I was going to another studio and was unhappy with the inconsistency in teachers- some were amazing but others made me dread class. At Reformed, the workouts are more standardized so each class has a similar flow and every instructor has a really good foundation to build from- I haven't had a bad workout or instructor yet! In particular I really love Lindsey, Alyssa, Colby, and Joy. All of the instructors are super uplifting and make an effort to learn your name, which I really appreciate. The workouts are definitely tough if you're new to pilates, but they offer and encourage modifications as needed. Something else that's really important to me is that the verbiage is very body neutral- at no point has any instructor said anything about getting "sexy arms" or "swimsuit abs". This is something I've heard a lot in other studios and online, and I really like that instructors here focus more on the strength and progress you make rather than the physical aspects. I've also had to contact customer service about an incorrect charge once and they fixed it literally within 5 minutes- super fast and friendly!All that to say, Reformed Pilates is awesome and I don't see myself switching studios any time soon! :)
