★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I love this yoga studio. The owners - Ralph and Jeanne - are wonderful. The instructors are talented, and each have their own style. I’ve been taking 2-3 classes a week for the last 4 months (regularly with J, Jeanne, and Erin), and this studio is etching into every corner of my life. I am stronger, more centered and focused, and I want to thank each instructor I go to for helping me continuously work towards my wellness goals. Fair pricing on classes and monthly passes. Beautiful, comforting, sunlit space in Quincy Center.
January 28 · Evangeline EarlThis studio is beautiful and so welcoming. The space is impeccably clean and there is so much sunlight that shines into the room. The instructors teach many different levels of yoga classes and include mindfulness into the practice. I do appreciate that the studio offers classes specifically for meditation and that you can schedule massages in the same space you go to practice yoga. Truly such a pleasant experience each time I go!
July 10 · Sarah RabbaniI took a class with Tristan a few weeks ago and it was phenomenal! He was so knowledgeable about the yoga practice and very down to earth and welcoming. It was exactly what the doctor ordered! I went in after a tough day and left feeling lighter and more grounded at the same time. I loved how he incorporated breathwork and meditation throughout. It was a thoughtful practice and I hope I can return to the studio soon!
August 30 · Amie LytleWhat a Amazing place!!! Very clean and modern. You go in feeling nervous, maybe stressed and you walk out feeling like you can handle anything. You really get to grow in this studio, physically and mentally. The teachers really work with you to make sure you're doing things correctly and build your strength. I learned so much about my body. Every teacher I went to, I learned something new, I experienced something new. I really recommend anyone and everyone to try this studio, you'll have such a wonderful experience and learn so much about yourself! It's also right next to train station, very convenience!
May 22 · laulingsheungThis is my new favorite yoga place. I especially like Ajita's classes on Thursdays. Her adjustments help me learn how basic poses are actually supposed to feel. And I always feel awesome after her class. I'm excited to try the massage services, too!
