As a senior I thought training with others half my age would be intimidating but it’s been just the opposite! Our class is so much fun and everyone is very supportive. I’m always encouraged to push myself but Courtney (the best coach ever!) is always watching to make sure I’m doing things correctly and safely. This isn’t the fanciest gym but I believe it’s the best. Thanks to everyone at P&F!

I’ve gained strength, flexibility and agility I’ve not had since I was young, the staff and members have welcomed me and made me feel like I’m part of something unique and special. Power & Fitness is one of the best gyms I have ever trained at, and Brian is a great trainer. He is super knowledgeable and has pushed me to get stronger and also improve my form - and because of that I feel really comfortable pushing myself to lift heavy. The gym is also a really supportive environment with a great community, and the equipment and space are top notch. Cannot recommend highly enough.
