★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Posture Studio Physical Therapy Review with Tara Fontenot:I’ve been to several PT’s in my life, and Tara stands out as a phenomenal therapist, with a gifted eye for posture and movement. I think we all need someone with her laser-focused perception of how we move, and expert advice and training. What impresses me most is the quality time she spends with her clients. She takes the time to thoroughly assess, explain, and demonstrate each exercise.During sessions, she records personalized video tutorials of clients performing the movements, complete with voice instructions and reminders. Now, I have a valuable library of tailored stretches and PT exercises to reference whenever I need them. These video tutorials are pure gold! I feel grateful every day for her expertise, kindness, and skills. She possesses a mastery of physical therapy that's hard to find.
April 02 · Brooke SavageJoining Posture Studio is one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. Every instructor is highly skilled, kind, encouraging, and 100% invested in the success and happiness of every client. I was a rank beginner when I joined Posture Studio at age 62; now at 65 I have strength, flexibility, and coordination I never thought possible. The office manager, Lisa Moon, is totally on top of scheduling, communication, billing details and is a friendly and welcoming presence.10 out of 10, highly recommend!
April 15 · Laura Mulligan ThomasPosture Studio is phenomenal. I did a few private sessions with Carla before jumping into reformer classes and she has been life-changing! Some of my other favorite teachers are Jennifer, Tara, and Nina. Also, Lisa is such a helpful admin I wish every office had her. A great studio, with a very welcoming attitude by all!
February 27 · Trisha GoodallI've been a member of Posture studio off an on for many years now and have had a great experience with the instructors there. This morning I was lucky to get into a class with Tara, and left feeling 2 inches taller and so easeful in my body. You know when you find a teacher that just has it all? Knowledge, enthusiasm, excellent queuing, sense of humor...it's really impressive. It's not easy to break down movements that help people bring the right kind of body awareness needed to get the most out of a functional movement workout, all while keeping a good fluid rhythm to the class, and have students leave feeling like they got their money's worth. Tara did all that, creating a class that hit all the major muscle groups, balancing movements to find strength in flexibility. As someone who leads a physical life, has had a lot of past injuries, and experiences many aches and pains, I would not be able keep doing the things I love without Posture.
May 06 · Brooke RayWe are very happy we discovered Posture Studio. The instructors are excellent, listen to what you need, and design a program for you. Everyone who works there is just lovely. Taking weekly sessions has had a measurable impact on our health and helped injuries heal faster. Cannot recommend this studio highly enough!
