However, I had a very disappointing experience with the front desk/admin staff when I tried to cancel my membership (I’m switching to a tennis club for the next 6 months). Their attitude left a bad impression and made an otherwise great experience end on a sour note.I do plan to return to Orangetheory early next year, but definitely not to the Pinecrest location. If anyone has recommendations for other OT studios in the area with great coaches and professional front desk staff, I’d love to hear them!

( Shoutout to Josh, Ayden, coach Emma and coach Abby ☺️)I tried many different gyms and could never stay consistent with my workouts until I found Orangetheory. I signed up in November with the goal of taking 4 classes a week, and now I’m up to 5 classes a week… I would honestly go every single day if my body didn’t need the rest.I love how fun the classes are and how I don’t have to plan my own workout. I thought I wasn’t strong enough or that I’d never run fast… 5 months in and the amazing coaches have proven me wrong haha I feel strong and my running pace is faster than I thought it would ever be.It’s more than a gym… It’s a community and the best workout there is! 🧡🧡🧡

Coaches are super personable, they find ways to motivate staff to keep pushing and get better. Members of the studio truly feel like family! The best thing about it all you get an amazing work out in one hour, which usually flies!

I’ve been coming for 2 1/2 years and I’ve lost and kept off almost 50 pounds and I’m so much stronger and healthier than I have ever been in my adult life!The gamification of my heart rate through their heart rate tracker and the different heart rate zones that they use make me work way harder when I am there then if I go on my own. I went on my own for years to plan fitness and I would just let myself off the hook and pat myself on the back for even being there, I never do that. I always push myself. I love the coaching and they have me doing different kind of workouts every time I come in. I am extremely grateful for the difference that Orangetheory fitness is making in my life!
