Great workouts, poor admin experienceI really enjoyed the workouts at OT Pinecrest — the trainers are fun, motivating, and make every session engaging. However, I had a very disappointing experience with the front desk/admin staff when I tried to cancel my membership (I’m switching to a tennis club for the next 6 months). Their attitude left a bad impression and made an otherwise great experience end on a sour note.I do plan to return to Orangetheory early next year, but definitely not to the Pinecrest location. If anyone has recommendations for other OT studios in the area with great coaches and professional front desk staff, I’d love to hear them! - Sanjay Kamble
