Beware, if you are late, they will not let you in even if there is room in the class. As a mom of toddlers, I would appreciate more flexibility. Sucked being turned away despite there being room in the class still. This wouldn’t have happened at my CrossFit gym.Also, I wish for more modifications to make movements more challenging (the burpees, planks etc are usually not at all challenging for me). Maybe more squats / thrusters too. Sometimes I just add them in.This might not be for you if you need flexibility or a more challenging program. I do like the running intervals though! And the coaches are nice. - j blake
