They confirmed I terminated yet my memberships was mysteriously REACTIVATED(?!) and my credit card was illegally shared with a location I never authorized to charge me. Great work outs, unethical company. There are SO many options around that are less aggressive when it comes to extracting every $ from people who just want to improve their lives.

I contacted orange theory fitness, and they told me as long as i arrived within 5 mins of the class beginning, i could still attend.They ended up giving my spot to someone else and denied me entry to the class. I was disappointed and frustrated as I had rushed to get to the class on time.
