May 04 · Tiff DI love OTF! This Birmingham location is awesome. Classes are always moderately full; not too crowded and not too empty - just right! What has made me up my classes from 2 per week to 3/4 is the staff! I cant speak highly enough about the staff; everyone from the front desk to the coaches (Allie and Jeri ROCK!) are amazing. Personable, friendly, fun and empowering are just a few words that fit the bill!

The workouts are always new, fun, and easily adaptable to every fitness level. I love the playlists, the app with all the data, and of course, the coaches. I honestly expected the novelty and excitement to wear off, but it’s been the exact opposite. I still look forward to every workout, and as someone who was never a morning person, I find myself practically skipping to my 6am classes. The boost to my physical and mental health has been incredible. If you’re on the fence, just take that first step and show up – the rest will follow naturally.
