It's a significant step back from the varied exercises previously offered. Moreover, these coaches seem incapable of delivering more than this repetitive routine. One coach's idea of "coaching" is just screaming for a full 55 minutes.Also, beware of unexpected no-show charges on your account. This has become a common practice here—they'll hit you with fees and then offer no reasonable support. When you call to discuss these charges, you'll end up talking to a moron who probably couldn't even finish high school, telling you that you're wrong.No wonder why they still charge the same for membership and offer less and less classes, now that fast food workers being paid $20 an hour, I bet they will lose more of their new coaches.they offer 2 classes in the afternoon 4 days a week now and still charge the same as they did when they had 5 in the afternoon with real coaches like Delvon.FYI I did email you the studio a few times. the problem is the same moron you caused all this headache is the one responding to the emails
June 22 · Bijan TariI attend 7:40 am class Mon-Fri. Coaches are very nice and professional, they correct you if you do any mistakes during the workout. The staff at the front desk are very polite, nice and professional. Everyone makes you feel very welcome! The Studio is very very neat and clean, machines are new. I love the workouts, though I wish you consider returning back to 3G classes. Thank you Orangetheory!

High caliber coaches, super friendly front desk staff, great location in Brentwood that's walking distance to coffee shops/juice bars/etc., overall good vibes, plus super easy valet parking that's validated for 75 minutes. Shout out to my favorite coach Danielle!! Her Sunday morning classes might be my favorite of the week.
December 21 · Courtney LloydI love this place. Our coach Lal watches over everybody and provides constant feedback and is extremely motivating. The front desk people, Genevieve and Zola are the best; I don't know how OrangeTheory finds such great employees. I would never do the sprinting we do on my own but with in the group atmosphere and with Lal's motivation it's easy. I always look forward to coming.
