The people at the front desk are always helpful and friendly and take the time to get to know you. The coaches always check in to make sure you are doing alright and offer suggestions to help get the most of the workout. I’ve been going to the LaGrange studio for 6 months and can see and feel the difference it is making to my overall health.

I enjoy doing a class rather than just access to equipment, which means I do a full hour workout. Coaches are knowledgeable and offer me the accommodations I need for any limitations or challenges. Staff is friendly, helpful. Space is clean. I love the local neighborhood studio, because I can walk to and from my studio. Also, when I visit Iowa City, I work out there. Seamless. Health building. Habit forming.

Once it is on the calendar things get planned around my workouts rather than instead of workouts. An added bonus is that I just need to decide to show up. Once there the coach provides the template for the day and the motivation you didn't always walk into the class with. Get to know the staff and they will help you towards goals and push you every class.
