February 27 · Maegan Anderson5 star coaches and workouts. 0 star customer service from the manager. Broke my foot three months before a planned move. Called to cancel and they insisted I freeze rather than cancel because they thought it would be better for my situation. I said ok because l trusted them and had a move and other things in life going on and didnt do full due diligence. Moved 1000 miles away and four months later they reactivate my account for the Phoenix location without telling me and start collecting on my credit card. Despite multiple phone calls within days of the charge, the manager refused to refund. Whole experience has sadly soured me against the company. After nearly two years of active membership, loving the classes, not sure if I will go back to this company. Certainly going to tell anyone asking for fitness recommendations to avoid.

I have always struggled with working out; not particularly because I hate it, but because I haven't had the tools or education. OTF has given me strength, knowledge, accountability, as well as motivation. You can't put a price on it, and on top of the actual classes, the staff is amazing. All of the coaches are stellar, but I want to shout out Amy and Jonelle specifically. They always give me support and take the time to engage with myself and everyone in the class one on one. They are so motivational and bring such a positive light and energy to the class that always motivates me even if I come to class feeling a little sluggish. 10/10 recommend.

The coach Amy was motivating, the staff was friendly, and the studio was very clean! It was such a fun yet challenging workout and I will definitely be back!
November 26 · Katarina KrollI joined OTF in March and currently about to hit my 1 month mark! There are not many workouts I can say I enjoy but I've thoroughly enjoyed each and every class so far. The coaches are motivating, they push you to do more in a positive way, and have taken the time to build rapport and make accommodations when needed. If you're thinking about it...DO IT! You will enjoy it!Shout out to Amy, Shelby, and Monica for always being energetic and helpful!
