There is such a great energy from the coaches, awesome music, and that everyone in class is supportive of each other. I ALWAYS get a good workout too. The gym is clean, the staff is friendly, and OTF has the occasional challenge which mixes it up and keeps me engaged and challenging myself. LOVE IT!

I LOVE the coaches- they know everyone by name and always push you and motivate you. The front desk staff is energetic and connected with everyone! This studio has an amazing community feeling. I’ve been working out here for over a year— lost 35 lbs in my first 6 months and kept it off!
