I've been going to classes 3-4x per week for several months now, and my body is definitely transforming and feeling better. It is a very friendly, encouraging, and nonjudgmental atmosphere. February 22 · Jay GreggI've been attending OTF at this location for almost a year now. I was not fit at all when I started (5'5", 230lbs for reference). The most I had worked out in the year leading up to signing up was going on slow walks. That said, I have NEVER once felt like I was worth less than other members that are more athletic than me. The coaches have encouraged me and the front desk staff have learned my name and always greet me when arriving. I was afraid about feeling overwhelmed or unable to keep up, but that has not been the case at all. There are lots of modifications if needed and coaches are always willing to help explain things. The community at this location is so great, too. Lots of different types of people with different levels of fitness. Everyone wants to get better and there is no competition. It's scary to sign up for the first time but so worth it!

The front desk led by Ally and Jordan are always so friendly and willing to answer any questions I pose. I thoroughly enjoy the format of the classes and love that I do not have to plan out my workouts anymore. The coaches at OTF Brier Creek are the best as they are very positive and motivating. Working out can oftentimes be intimidating and difficult to get motivated to attend. However, the staff and the cleanliness of the studio makes it so much easier. I highly recommend OTF and the Brier Creek studio.
