February 19 · Kimberly MeyerTen weeks ago, I walked into Muse Pilates overtrained and injured with left medial tibial stress syndrome, along with a host of other ‘overuse’ injuries. After working one-on-one with Nina, I walked out 10 weeks later transformed both physically and psychologically. Unlike instructors I’ve worked with previously, who tended to fit me into a “blanket,” generic Pilates program, Nina developed a bespoke and adaptive Pilates program reflective of my physical strengths and areas for improvement, which she then adjusted based on my individual needs and goals; taken together, this left me stronger, with greater flexibility and improved range of motion, and more physically resilient. She offered me targeted guidance and expert instruction that made me feel completely safe in her hands, and she gave me the psychological confidence to attempt – and sometimes fail at – complex new exercises. It has been such a great experience working with Nina. I recommend her to athletes at all levels who prefer a customized approach to their Pilates development and progression rather than a perfunctory, “one-size-fits-all” one.

When I started Pilates, about four years ago……My posture was Sloppy, and I had serious, painful neck issues. Both of these issues have been extremely improved through my work at Muse Pilates. If you want a more flexible, stronger body…… I encourage you….. get pilates in your life!!!!
