Before him I was doing my own thing like workingout, eating right, well at least I thought I was eating the right foods. But when I sat down with him I absolutely loved how he explained everything to me. He was very detailed to everything I wanted to know. And I definitely do see a big change in my body. I never stuck around with them because they only focused on making you look good without taking other things into considerations such as for me I have neck/shoulder injury. With Jaime, he listened to my concerns so I will commit to working out. He made sure to help strengthen my weak areas and also avoiding any movements or workouts that could trigger my pain. He will even go do research to make sure he’s giving his all in helping out his clients get the best results.
