While Motion Fitness is a relatively new business, the studio owner and personal trainer, Cathy Pierce, has been in the fitness business for a number of years. I have taken small group strength training from Cathy for over 4 years. She tailors/modifies each session to my individual needs and goals. I have occasional shoulder and/or back pain, and Cathy knows exactly what exercises will work to strengthen those areas while also focusing on my overall conditioning.
