I have occasional shoulder and/or back pain, and Cathy knows exactly what exercises will work to strengthen those areas while also focusing on my overall conditioning. I really enjoy the small group training; I feel that I get personal training at a very affordable price and have fun while doing it.

Her Strength Training classes are purposely kept small so everyone can get her personal attention as needed.
