★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Joining Mission Hill Yoga has made a huge change in my life. It keeps me grounded, has gotten me better connected to myself, and has helped me grow confidence and strength. It’s also the first time I’ve found exercise to be fun and interesting. Cassi is an amazing instructor -- very talented in creating flows that are unique each class, but always focusing on alignment and thoughtful movement. Each instructor has something different that they bring to their classes and I’m always learning something new. I can’t recommend this studio enough.

January 15 · Crystal MutchlerMission Hill Yoga is an amazing studio! I’ve taken classes with Cassi, Dee, and Syringa—each have their own unique style and bring great energy. My flexibility, strength, and mindfulness have all greatly improved over the past several months while attending classes regularly, and I look forward to continue improving. Hands-on corrections, towels during savasana, and creative flows all make this place special. Honestly, hands down the best place to practice yoga and find community!
May 06 · Sarah RaphaelMission Hill yoga studio is amazing! All the instructors are kind, knowledgeable, and fun. I got to their hot yoga, flow and yin, and barre classes weekly. The best part is getting a cold or hot lavender scented towel placed on your forehead at the end of the workout!
