May 05 · Something CoolMy husband gave us memberships to Boyle’s as a Christmas present. Originally I was a little hesitant, having not been to a gym since my oldest kid (now 18) was born. The MBSC program is great for all ages and all levels. There’s variety in every workout and the hour truly flies by as we stretch, warm up, strengthen, and do cardio. Most importantly, the coaches are top-notch. Nico, Annie, Ross and Aidan are knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. I can always find a convenient time and day to go. It’s really a great place to workout and I’d recommend it to anyone who wants to feel stronger and healthier.

I have been there for 3 seasons now and both Annie and Taylor have helped me to improve and get stronger. And many of the coaches I haven’t had as main coaches have helped me to improve as well. I always look forward to going to lifting! I highly recommend :)
