May 24 · Jake HypersonicThis club is really nice. They always keep it clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. There are a lot of activities.
November 06 · Chanpen TeeMy wife and I love it. Great machines, indoor pool, and indoor tennis courts. The bistro has delicious food and convenient hours. The staff and members are friendly and knowledgeable. The prices are reasonable.
June 29 · John HSadly, this place does not even deserve one star for several reasons:1. Club is old and dated and badly in need of serious updates. The stained brown carpets definitely need to be replaced for health concerns. The bathrooms and locker area are absolutely disgusting. The AC constantly breaks down and it gets really hot specially in the downstairs courts, in contrast the heat routinely blasts making it uncomfortable to play tennis.2. Worse than the physical aspect of this club, is the culture that exists:Staff are poorly trained and rude. We were routinely not greeted by certain staff when we walked into the club and one even would turn her back when I walked in making me feel completely unwelcome. Whenever you need to get a drink, you have to ask one of the staff to retrieve a key to open the refrigerator that is locked! One time, I stood in front of the front desk staff while he stayed on the phone for a very inappropriately long time without once asking what I needed and he later explained that he could not put the person on hold because it was the owner! That sums up the culture of the club. The owner who does not care about the members.3. Do not even think about raising concerns about anything, because they just terminate your membership. They terminated our membership over the phone by the tennis pro. When I asked why, he said it came from the high above, meaning the owner. The owner never once bothered to get to know us, let alone hear our concerns. When I asked why, the tennis pro, said ‘because I was not happy there anyway and I was complaining about the AC and other things.’ What really happened was, I dared to ask very nicely of the people playing next to us to keep their voices down because they were being routinely disruptive to our game, screaming and loudly chatting every week. Next thing, I get terminated without anyone even apologizing, let alone a due process or procedure. This is after almost three years of not only being a member, but actively participating in tennis tournaments and actively booking courts to recruit and invite others to participate.4. Very unprofessional behavior and poor management. It is such a shame and so appalling how they treat people.
March 07 · Bita MotesharreiIf you're thinking of joining you should let a member know. You will pay less dues and the member will pay less dues for referring you. I have to imagine that must be how most of these people are members. Because I don't see how it is worth it if you pay the full dues every month. It needs a serious remodel to actually be worth the full price. It looks like it was last renovated in the 80's with an era of a 70's glits and glam. Reminds me of a nursing home.Maybe it is a status thing. And I am too poor.
