He is very knowledgeable and is very helpful and encouraging throughout the classes. I have enjoyed both the Ghosh yoga and the PACE classes (endurance strength training) and really appreciate how he has designed the classes to work together - the whole system works together, it's fantastic! Class sizes are also low so that he can provide thoughtful guidance throughout.. so good!

The different classes are great on their own, but I highly recommend experiencing the whole program to really get the most out of this studio. Creyton is a natural teacher. He is dedicated to helping each individual discover how to get the most out of their bodies within their capabilities. Bad back? Old injury? Just old and stiff like me? No problem. Creyton will help you develop and modify postures, movements, and routines that work for you and are still effective. He encourages but never pushes too hard. Also, the other clients at Logic are the best. It’s a small, friendly, laid-back community and we all help each other stay motivated. We work very hard together, but we also share a lot of laughs to keep things fun. Join us!

I started practicing the Ghosh yoga system here about 4 months ago, never trying any yoga prior I now attend classes 3-4 times weekly. It really has been life changing.

My journey with Logic began three and a half years ago and at the age of 53 now, I have ever been stronger. Before Logic, I dreaded exercise and fitness maintenance. Now, after half a century of life and the quest to get healthy and stay healthy— I actually LOOK FORWARD to fitness sessions and yoga classes. Logic provides one key elements that other places say they offer, but don’t. That elements is an individualized fitness program. Completely unique to each individual. Beyond physical fitness, Logic offers a rare sense of community and family atmosphere. Zero intimidation and zero judgments. In absolute 100% certainty, I can not imagine my life without Logic and our Logic family. With Logic you will get way more than physical fitness. You will find fitness as a whole person, inside and out. I speak for many when I say that Logic is unparalleled and second to nothing!

I just completed a 6-week challenge and was impressed by the gym, nutrition information, and especially the owner Creyton's knowledge and guidance. The gym space accommodates small groups at a time so it really feels like you're getting personal training. For the first time in my adult life, I was able to lose pounds and inches and feel better than I have in a really long time. Whether you're a newbie or a fitness expert, Logic is the place for you. I can't recommend it enough.
