★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I've been attending Michael's kickboxing classes for about two months now, and it's been an incredibly rewarding experience. Michael has a great ability to understand each student's capabilities, and even in a group setting, he takes the time to offer individual guidance and support. What I’ve enjoyed most is the focus on technical learning — it’s not just a workout, but a way to really connect with and control your own body. The environment is equally impressive: everyone who attends is supportive, welcoming, and eager to learn. It's a safe space to ask questions, make mistakes, and grow.Highly recommend to anyone curious about kickboxing or just looking for a motivating and inclusive place to train.
June 17 · Jack HairMichael is a great instructor and a great guy. He'll work with you personally, is flexible, and down to earth. It's always a pleasure going to class, and Michael has an infectious enthusiasm for learning new things and trying new techniques. Overall, kinetic kickboxing fosters a safe and exciting environment for getting stronger and having fun all the while. I'm really glad to have met Michael and attended his classes.
June 17 · Arek OuzounianKinetic Kickboxing is a great place to grow your technique in kickboxing. Michael is intentional in his instruction, meeting students at their current skill level and matching their learning pace. The classes are small, which allows for more individual instruction. Michael is also great at answering any questions you have along the way as you work to improve your abilities.
June 20 · Tiffany GohI have attended Kinetic Kickboxing for several years at this point, and I have enjoyed all the time I have spent there. I feel properly challenged, I am constantly breaking new grounds in my kickboxing, either through small technical optimizations or my endurance.Class sizes are small, so the instructor can monitor all of us. I feel confident in my skills because I am getting feedback whenever I need or ask for it.I love this community, the environment is supportive, and I feel like I am helping others as I improve myself.
June 23 · Matthew NguyenI was looking for a kickboxing class for my 3 children. I came across Kinetic Kickboxing and we decided to try a class to see if it was the right fit for them. That’s all they needed! They loved it! Michael is knowledgeable and able to adapt to his students. I was amazed at his ability to guide my three beginners then shift to doing more advanced moves with other students. The classes are small which is also a big plus. Michael is able to give each student individualized support throughout the class to correct techniques and form. He has a positive attitude and is very passionate about what he does. Michael is also patient and works with my kids at their pace. He is also very flexible and worked with our family to find a schedule that worked for us. And boy do they sweat!!! Overall, Kinetic Kickboxing was a great find! Highly recommend!
