I've never been a "group fitness class" kind of person so to be honest, I was a little hesitant to try Killin' It With Kettlebells, but I know Pat Flynn (the instructor) and have worked out with him a lot over the past year. He is, hands down, the best coach I've ever worked with (and I've been a lifelong athlete) so that alone is worth the price of admission.Anyways, for as much as I thought I wasn't a group fitness person, it turns out...I am. Or at least, I'm a Killing It With Kettlebells type of person. The group of people who come in and work out, whether in the early morning boot camp, the noon class, or the nighttime ones, are great. Wonderful dynamic. The instruction is beyond comparison. Overall, it's awesome. I love it!
