I did a few Pilates exercises over the years, but it was nothing like what I’ve experienced at Key Pilates.I have done lots of sports and workouts in my lifetime, and I’d have to say that Pilates has been one that has challenged me to a point where I keep coming back for more of it! I have only been at it for 3 months and feeling better each week. It is a must for men to consider Pilates - don’t be afraid! Just do it.I have had many coaches in my life, and the coaches at Key Pilates are incredible. They don’t mess around or let you get away with cutting corners. They are here to help you feel great!

She would demonstrate an exercise, make sure we were executing it correctly and if needed make adjustments. Kara made sure we were comfortable and answered any questions we had. Each exercise focused on a specific part of the body and I realized how many muscles I was not using. I didn’t feel judged or anxious at all. You could tell she was so knowledgeable and down to earth. She is most certainly the reason I will be back for my next one on one. The studio was super cute and clean. I highly recommend to anyone who may be nervous about starting their pilates journey.
