They are excellent at providing alternative exercises, which is helpful since I'm a beginner with some health issues. The workouts are intense, but they contribute to my personal growth and foster a sense of achievement. I've noticed improvements in both my endurance and strength. CrossFit has been the best treatment for my physical and mental health.

Boy did they put me through a workout, and that's what I was there to do. Their coaches and even their clients are all there to help you, I've never felt so motivated by everyone surrounding me, all while being able to go at my own pace. This isn't the place to flip tires, though I'm pretty sure you could flip a car with a little time with their structured training. I'll be signing up for this program soon, so should you!
