★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1We just began sending our daughter to Jewart's this Fall and she loves it so much that she signed up to attend twice a week, even though she is only a preschooler. Having attended another gymnastics gym last spring in Indiana and after doing a fair amount of research on what this area had to offer (Metro Gymnastics, Westside Dance and Gymnastics Academy, Kinetic Gymnastics, etc) I was very impressed with Jewart's setup. Their focus is entirely on the kids and making sure that they are safe, having a great time, and getting the most out of their gymnastics experience. Certainly, it would be convenient to have a front office manager, but given the option between that and excellent, focused instruction with a small class size, I prefer the latter. I highly recommend Jewart's. Thank you Ben and Amanda for working so hard to bring us this wonderful place!
September 16 · Michelle HoodBen, the owner, is flat-out rude. When a gym policy he told me abut over the phone conflicted with what was stated on his website, I read to him, and he said that he didn't know why it said that but what he was telling me was the correct version - all in the most unnecessarily curt manner. No apology for the confusion, or any niceties. I decided against my better judgement to go ahead and sign my child up, but we quickly cancelled. The owner's dog that he brings to the office growled at my other child (who wasn't doing anything except LOOKING at the dog from a few feet away while watching her sister from the only viewing window). Additionally, the teacher was awful too. She didn't even introduce herself to my child, didn't reassure her at all, just acted like my child should know what she was doing on her first day. The both acted like they hate their jobs, their lives. I'd give them zero starts if I could.
May 20 · H MOur family absolutely loves this gym. I would recommend this gym to anyone. The coaches are absolutely amazing and my kids love it. It really is amazing to see how much my kids have progressed in such a short time. We are so lucky that an amazing gym has opened up so close to us. What I love is that my kids always leave with a big smile on their face. The ownership is also pretty amazing. We started attending right when they opened up and have watched the place grow like crazy and can't wait to see what else is in store. What I really like about the owner is that he has been honest with us from day one. You can tell he has our kids best interest in mind when he tells us what class they should be in. Nothing is sugar coated which is the way it should be when I really want to know how my kids are doing because how else can I help my kids if I don't know what is really going on. I've never had any issues with the owner and staff and if I did I know the issue would be taken care of because they are running a great business. I think what he is doing with this gym is pretty amazing.Everything about this gym is awesome and I recommend this gym to everyone.
September 14 · Jared HagerI am genuinely surprised by the negative reviews I am reading about Jewart's!! The owners (Ben and Amanda) are incredible with the kids and great at what they do! Personally I have never had an issue with rudeness or arrogance and feel the owners are doing a great job handling the exponential growth of their business. It appears some parents don’t understand what it takes to run your own business and the apparent juggle and stress that come with operating and instructing at the same time. The owners are great gymnast instructors; not receptionist, secretaries or cashiers. Yes, it will be nice for the customer service side once they are in a position to hire a full time secretary. However my experience over the last year with communication, customer service and billing has been great. I personally enjoy the ease of automatic tuition withdrawal and the e-mailing of my monthly statements. It’s sad to see parents making unjustified personal attacks towards the owners who are visibly focused on investing and growing the environment to give our kids the best chance at success; including hiring great teachers and being great instructors themselves! What strikes me as interesting is that all recent negative reviews were submitted at the same time; coincidence? The consistency of the previous reviews and timing tells me there are a few overly sensitive parents conspiring to professionally hurt a small business owner because their “needs” aren’t being met to their standard. I can confidently say the focus and attention is on our kid’s needs, growing their experience and abilities. My child and I have had nothing but great experiences with Jewart’s over the last year. We would not consider going anywhere else!!
September 14 · MIchael Brazie Jr (MikebKut)We began at Jewart's 2 years ago and have had an amazing experience. After going to a different gym prior, I can tell you that Jewart's is professional, clean, caring, compassionate, truthful, and all about giving the children the best experience possible. Ben treats the gymnasts as the children they are and the parents as the adults they are. We greatly appreciate, as parents, that he responds promptly and professionally even when the gym isn't open. Our daughter absolutely loves him and Amanda, her teammates, and that she gets to do gymnastics at JGNW.
