Before starting classes at JBF, I had never touched a barbell, and had not exercised regularly for 30 years: I started as a complete beginner to powerlifting, and now I've competed several times! So it's really beginner-friendly, though I know a ton of people who came in as proficient powerlifters already! JBF is a great place to discover a new hobby, to get comfortable with working out regularly, to level up your lifting, and to get stronger than you thought was possible.
