March 30 · Andrea HIyengar yoga with Susan Elena is amazing. As someone who is hyperflexible and was constantly pushed by other yoga teachers to abuse my joints for the sake of making a post, Iyengar is a relief. I do feel like I'm getting stronger and more flexible in a way that is in integrity with my body. I'm excited to deepen my practice by doing more yoga and would highly recommend this studio for anyone either getting into yoga or who has a lot of experience. Susan Elena clearly is extremely experienced and can help people from all backgrounds and levels.
January 08 · HelenaI've been so satisfied with the All Levels Back Care classes that I've attended at IYCWM. The environment is warm and welcoming, the instruction is consistently clear and precise, and I feel my posture is improving after just a few classes. I'm so grateful for this expert-level instruction right in the Northampton area!
February 06 · Julie HeckscherI highly recommend this studio. If you haven’t tried Iyengar yoga before, you need to. It will change your yoga practice dramatically and your body. Susan Elena is a wealth of knowledge & takes care to make sure that students are taking care of their bodies throughout the class.
December 30 · Simone RainaudIt was a joy as always to learn from Susan Elena ma'am in-person and be part of the wonderful community of Yoga enthusiasts during the Summer Retreat. Weaving Patanjali's yoga sutras into the practice, discussing everyones practical experience and application of the sutra was very insightful. Loved the synergy of the group practice. Overall it was a fun and rejuvenating experience :)
