★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I had such a lovely experience at Hydra Yoga Therapy with Kelly. I dropped in for an afternoon Yin class, and it ended up being just me and one other student. The space is cosy and calming—it’s in an old house that’s been converted into small offices, and it has that quiet, tucked-away feeling that makes you instantly exhale. Before we got started, I filled out a short intake form that drew on principles of Eastern medicine. It was a simple way for Kelly to get a sense of what was going on in my body that day, and it made the whole experience feel a little more considered. She also had mats and props available, which made things feel easy and welcoming. What I appreciated most was her presence. She offered hands-on support that felt intuitive and kind, helping me find a little more space in each pose. Her energy was grounded, warm, and quietly attentive. It was one of those classes that feels like a gift—one you carry with you for the rest of the day.
March 31 · Rose Ryan CampauKelly is amazing! Her expertise in Yoga and massage, coupled with her energy and kindness are one of a kind. High recommend. You will feel like walking on clouds after her massage.
January 18 · Ahwatukee AirbnbKelly is a master massage therapist, tailoring her treatments to what my body needs. She's a real pro, and also a really cool person. My body aches are gone, and I look forward to another session with her.Go ahead and schedule yourself with her, already!
April 12 · Petra PinoI love Kelly's yoga studio! The studio is so charming and cozy. The classes are small, which helps a lot. Kelly does yoga with us instead of just providing instructions, so we can see the right way of doing yoga poses. Kelly is such a warm, kind, and positive person. Her yoga classes are challenging, fun, and relaxing. My yoga practice has improved so much during the time I have been going to Kelly's studio. She treats her clients as they are her dear friends and family. There is soft music in the studio, relaxing lights, and even essential oils at the end of each class. Kelly even gives mini massages after/during some yoga classes, which are awesome! I feel rejuvenated and relaxed after each class. The best yoga experiences I ever had!
March 25 · Lisa ShkodaLOVED it! This was my first real yoga lesson outside of a few pre-natal yoga sessions with a friend in another lifetime. Kelly was phenomenal! Patient, attentive, and appropriately fun. As an athlete, I have never, ever felt my body to be so loose and relaxed. I cannot believe the amount of tension that I was carrying, and how liberated I felt after the private 1 hour session. I cannot wait to sign up for more!
