The transformative power of hot yoga is a central theme at the studio. One of the studio's most valued attributes is its focus on community. Many members describe it as feeling like "home" and a "family of yogis." This sense of belonging is cultivated both inside and outside of the classes. The studio hosts a variety of events and workshops that bring people together, creating a network of support that goes beyond the physical practice. This welcoming atmosphere is especially beneficial for newcomers, who might otherwise feel intimidated by the practice. ★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Updtae..Love this studio. They keep improving and adding more Clase to their schedule. The renovation looks amazing! Thank you. --Aaww feels like home!! Just moved to the area and I am so happy to have found a hot yoga place. The instructor was amazing... I just came back after a few months out. A very intense class! Pushing me out of my comfort zoe. The instructor was on point, giving advice and corrections during the asanas.
April 11 · Anassiri V GarciaI recently attended the Hot 75 class here and unfortunately, my experience wasn't ideal. The instructor turned the lights on full and used a very loud, energetic voice that reminded me more of a high school gym class than a calming yoga session. There was also no background music, which added to the high-energy, sometimes overwhelming atmosphere.Prior to class, my friend mentioned this was their very first yoga experience, but the instructor didn’t provide any guidance on proper alignment during the poses. When my friend seemed confused, the instructor's response was to loudly suggest, “If you don’t know this one, watch the people around you.” This lack of clear direction was discouraging for a beginner. While the studio itself is lovely, I think there's room for improvement in teaching style, especially for newcomers. Yoga is a personal practice, and it’s important to feel supported and guided through each pose. I hope the instructor can make adjustments to provide a more welcoming and educational experience for all levels
December 12 · MTook Jess's 5:30 class last evening and absolutely love her. The energy she brings to the hot room is incredible and just what I needed last night. Thank you Jess, I will definitely be taking your class again! Lisa Tillman
December 19 · Daryl & Lisa TillmanI love spending at least one day a week here! Mandy in particular is so supportive and brings such great energy and warmth to the studio!
February 22 · Michelle MeadowThis is a wonderful, accepting community of folks!I have been coming on and off for 12-13 years. The teachers who are there now are really exceptional. I felt really comfortable coming back into my practice after a long hiatus. I usually go to the 9am class with Russ and it's a lovely, gentle way to start my day!
