March 21 · Dmitriy MurzinThe class is the perfect mix of challenging and rewarding but also not so hard you get injured. The instructors provide modifications as well. I also came from the bodybuilding world and wanted to find a class that I could get a good work out in but not anything so extreme. It's a perfect hiit class, I usually can do 30 mins of cardio after other classes but not at HIIT space, I get a pretty effective workout in 1 hour.Also I love that the classes are perfectly sized and a very family community aspect feel!I wish they had 6am classes but other than that, I love the classes.
November 24 · Lola ShonaikeIf your looking for a workout classes then hitspace is where you need to go. Marc and Ash’s classes are intense but when it’s done you will feel great. They play great music to keep you motivated. These guys are going to push that body to limit but you will get results. When I first came, I had tight muscles but since coming to these classes. I feel myself getting stronger and having less pain in my back and neck.I’ve been going at least 3-4 times a week and I enjoy it because I’m getting better at push ups, weight lifting, and having more strength/endurance.

But a month later I not only lost weight, but gained stamina to work out for an hour vs that first day doing 20 minutes. This is all thanks to Marc, a great teacher, and motivator whose energy is contagious. Once you join the Hiit Space family, you will never want to be anywhere else.
