Return to fitness safely and effectively after pregnancy and child birth with our training method that will address concerns such as diastasis recti, pelvic floor and core rehabilitation, diaphragmatic breathing, fitness while breastfeeding, and much more. Our group class is run in 4 week blocks. Email info@herstrength.studio to determine the next start date. Classes are limited to 6 participants maximum and babies are always welcome.

Really clean, aesthetic, and feminine-focused. The instructors are fantastic because they will support you and advise you, but also give you space to take things at your own pace. The bathroom is super nice and clean, and everyone is great about cleaning off the equipment when they're done. My workouts feel great because they're my speed and have taken into account my physical weaknesses, but I still end up sore the next day because I got a great workout in. I'm so happy with this place and I already feel my improvement after a few weeks into the trial 😊😊

I have never felt comfortable at a co-ed gym and never had someone teach me all I need to know, even as an athlete! This place lifts women up and has become a community of friends and support that I would be lost without!

Not only do they address the needs of pregnant & postpartum women, I see the staff attentive to everyone. I have recently retired and am new to working out with weights. They understand the needs of the over-60 generation too. Their class schedule ranges from very early to late in the day and is surely convenient to working women, as well as those of us who are not in a typical 9-5 workforce.Bravo!
